Services Offered

We provide pet sitting, dog walking, drop-in visits, and related pet care services as described on our website or in written agreements. Service availability is subject to our schedule and may change without notice.

Booking & Payment

• All services must be booked in advance.

• We may require a deposit or full payment before confirming a booking.

• Payments are accepted via [list payment methods: e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, cash, cashapp, venmo, etc.].

• Prices are listed on our website or provided in writing and are subject to change at any time.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid fees.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

• Refund eligibility will be determined at our discretion.

Pet Health & Behavior

• Owners must disclose all relevant health conditions, behavioral issues, and special needs prior to booking.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to pets that show aggression, have contagious illnesses, or pose a safety risk.

• Pets must be current on vaccinations as required by local laws.

Owner Responsibilities

• Owners must provide safe access to the property and necessary supplies (food, medications, leashes, litter, etc.) if service is provided at their home.

• We are not responsible for damage to the home or property if it occurs due to the pet’s behavior.

• In case of emergencies, we will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner before seeking veterinary care. If unable to make contact with owner, emergency care will be provided under sitter discretion and owner may be legally liable for payment reimbursement. 

Liability

While we take every precaution to keep pets safe and healthy, owners understand that pets can be unpredictable. By booking our services, you release Premium Paws LLC from liability for injury, illness, loss, or death of your pet except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Website Use

• All content on our website (text, images, logos) is owned by Premium Paws LLC and may not be used without permission.

• We are not responsible for any external websites or ads linked from our site.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
