Refund Policy

At Premium Paws LLC, we understand that plans can change. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our pet care services.

 

Cancellations by the Client

• Standard Services (Drop-ins, Walks, Daycare): Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund or credit toward future services.

• Boarding, Overnight Stays, or Holiday Bookings: Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit.

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel after the above timeframes, the full booking amount may be charged, as we may not be able to fill the spot.

No-Show Policy

If we arrive for a scheduled service and cannot access your home or pet due to incorrect information or lack of access, the service will be charged in full. If drop off time & date is scheduled for service & client fails to transport/drop off pet at a timely manner, service will be charged in full. 

Cancellations by Premium Paws LLC

In the rare event that we must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or severe weather, you will receive a full refund or credit for any services not completed.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If payment was made in cash, refunds will be issued by check or applied as credit toward future services.

Special Circumstances

We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of true emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if such a situation arises.
